Zero Twist
Zero twist towel manufacturer.
Zero twist cotton pile on a ring spun ground — noticeably softer and faster-absorbing than conventionally spun terry of the same weight, made to your specification at our partner mill in Solapur for premium retail, spa and boutique hospitality buyers.
In zero twist yarn the cotton fibres are held together without the usual spinning twist, so more of the fibre surface meets the skin. The difference is felt immediately: the towel is softer in the hand than a conventionally spun towel of the same weight, it absorbs faster, and it dries quicker because the pile holds less water in the yarn core. Ours is built with a zero twist pile on a ring spun ground — the ground gives the towel its structure, and the pile is where the softness comes from.
It is not the right towel for every programme, and it is worth saying so before anyone quotes. Untwisted pile is softer precisely because it is less tightly bound, which means it rewards gentler handling. For high-volume hotel laundry and industrial tunnel washing, ringspun terry is the better choice, and we will recommend it over zero twist for that use. Where zero twist earns its price is the first three seconds: premium retail, spas and wellness, boutique hotels and suites, gifting, and private-label ranges judged on hand-feel.
Everything else is built to your brief at our manufacturing partner V P Mundada in Solapur, weaving since 1972: weight and size, piece-dyed colour with Pantone matching, woven or satin labels, heat transfer or embroidery, and packing from bulk cartons to individual polybags, belly bands or gift boxes. A physical sample is approved before bulk on every order.

How we supply
Made to your specification, at the mill.
One mill, not a broker chain
Towels are made at our manufacturing partner V P Mundada in Solapur, weaving since 1972. Quotations and shipment come FOB direct from the mill, so your commercial relationship is with the people running the looms.
Specification fixed before production
GSM, size, colour, border, weave and packaging are set to your specification, and nothing enters bulk production until you have approved a physical sample.
Certified production floor
The mill holds OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, OEKO-TEX MADE IN GREEN, OEKO-TEX STeP, ISO 9001:2015, GRS and BSCI certification. Organic cotton linen is made by our partner Cotonex in Karur under GOTS Version 7.0.
Repeat orders that match
Colour is approved by lab dip before bulk dyeing and every batch is checked against the approved sample, so your second container matches your first.
Export paperwork prepared
Certificates of origin, packing lists and the compliance documentation your customs broker asks for are prepared as a standard part of every order.

Frequently asked
What buyers ask us first.
What is the difference between zero twist and ringspun towels?
Ringspun yarn is combed and twisted tightly before weaving, which helps the pile survive repeated washing. Zero twist pile skips that twist, so it is softer and absorbs faster at the same weight — but it is less tightly bound, and it rewards gentler handling.
Are zero twist towels suitable for hotel laundry?
For suites, spas and boutique properties with careful laundering, yes. For high-volume commercial laundry and tunnel washing, we recommend ringspun terry instead — it is built for wash count, and we would rather say so than sell the wrong towel.
Can zero twist towels be dyed to our colour?
Yes — they are piece dyed, with Pantone matching available. Colour is approved by lab dip before bulk dyeing, so a reorder matches the first shipment.
What branding and packaging options are available?
Woven or satin labels, heat transfer or embroidery for branding; bulk carton, individual polybag, belly band or gift box for packing. Tell us how the towel will be sold and we will propose the finish.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies by product and customisation level — for standard ranges it is typically container-load based, and for private label it depends on the finish. Tell us the product and market and our export team will confirm the exact figure.
Can you match a towel we already buy from another supplier?
Yes — send a photograph or a physical reference and we will develop a matching specification (GSM, construction, border, colour) and quote against it before you commit to anything.
Can we see a sample before ordering?
Always. Samples are developed to your specification and approved by you before bulk production begins — that is the standard sequence on every order, not an extra step you have to ask for.
