Bathrobes

Cotton bathrobe manufacturer.

Terry and waffle cotton bathrobes for hotels, spas and retail brands — collar, construction, sizing and embroidery built to your brief at our partner mill in Solapur, and approved as a physical sample before bulk.

Mill Direct, FOB100% CottonSample First

Two decisions shape a bathrobe order more than anything else, and both are worth settling before price: collar style and base construction. A shawl collar sits flatter and reads as classic hotel; a kimono collar is lower-cost to produce and has become the standard for boutique and spa-positioned properties. The collar is also the part a guest notices first, so it is a positioning decision as much as a cost one.

Construction decides how the robe actually performs. Terry gives more absorbency and more weight — the right choice for a genuine post-bath robe in a guest room. Waffle is lighter, dries faster and packs smaller, which is why spa and wellness programmes usually choose it: a robe worn between treatments and laundered constantly benefits more from dry time than from bulk. We walk through both trade-offs against your guest profile before you commit to a specification.

Sizes run S to XL as standard with custom sizing available, in white, ivory or a custom colourway, finished with your embroidery and packaging. Bathrobes are produced at our manufacturing partner V P Mundada in Solapur alongside the towel range, so a property can specify robes, bath towels, hand towels and bath mats as one matched programme rather than sourcing robes separately.

How we supply

Made to your specification, at the mill.

One mill, not a broker chain

Towels are made at our manufacturing partner V P Mundada in Solapur, weaving since 1972. Quotations and shipment come FOB direct from the mill, so your commercial relationship is with the people running the looms.

Specification fixed before production

GSM, size, colour, border, weave and packaging are set to your specification, and nothing enters bulk production until you have approved a physical sample.

Certified production floor

The mill holds OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, OEKO-TEX MADE IN GREEN, OEKO-TEX STeP, ISO 9001:2015, GRS and BSCI certification. Organic cotton linen is made by our partner Cotonex in Karur under GOTS Version 7.0.

Repeat orders that match

Colour is approved by lab dip before bulk dyeing and every batch is checked against the approved sample, so your second container matches your first.

Export paperwork prepared

Certificates of origin, packing lists and the compliance documentation your customs broker asks for are prepared as a standard part of every order.

Frequently asked

What buyers ask us first.

Should we choose a shawl collar or a kimono collar?

A shawl collar sits flatter and reads more classic-hotel; a kimono collar costs less to produce and is now the standard for boutique and spa properties. Tell us how the robe is positioned and we will recommend one.

Terry or waffle — which is better for a bathrobe?

Terry for absorbency and weight, as a genuine post-bath robe. Waffle for lighter weight, faster drying and smaller packing, which suits spas and wellness programmes with constant turnover.

What sizes and colours are available?

S to XL as standard, with custom sizing available, in white, ivory or a custom colourway on request.

Can bathrobes match our towel programme?

Yes — robes are made at the same mill as our towels, so collar, colour and embroidery can be specified alongside bath towels, hand towels and bath mats as one matched order.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ varies by product and customisation level — for standard ranges it is typically container-load based, and for private label it depends on the finish. Tell us the product and market and our export team will confirm the exact figure.

Can we see a sample before ordering?

Always. Samples are developed to your specification and approved by you before bulk production begins — that is the standard sequence on every order, not an extra step you have to ask for.
