Piece-dyed cotton towel across a full colourway range — reactive dyeing holds colour through commercial washing better than pigment dyeing does.
We piece-dye with reactive dyes, which bond chemically to the cotton fibre rather than sitting as a surface coating the way pigment dyes do — the practical difference shows up after the twentieth commercial wash, when a reactive-dyed towel is still close to its original shade and a pigment-dyed one has visibly dulled. That durability is what makes plain-dyed terry the standard choice for retail and private-label ranges that need a colour to still match the original approval sample a year into a repeat-order relationship.
